Shipping: All orders will be shipped to the correctional facilities on a daily or weekly basis depending on the facilities shipping schedule. The facilities property room staff will distribute the packages to the inmates after the shipment arrives at the facility. Please allow 7 days after the order arrives at the facility to check status.
Returns: The inmate will be given an opportunity to check the contents of the package in the presence of the facilities property room staff. If there is an issue with the order, the property staff will verify it and send the paperwork to Access Securepak®. All discrepancies must be reported by the property room staff and we cannot honor any discrepancies reported from family members or friends of the inmate. All discrepancies will be corrected by Access Securepak® and the item will be replaced or refunded. Please allow up to 3 weeks for discrepancies to be resolved.
