Shipping:  All orders are shipped to 2 Correctional Industries locations. Correctional Industries will then get the packages to each facility. Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery of the package to the facility from date of order.

Returns:  If an item is found to be defective upon receipt and is returned to us within 30 days, it shall be replaced at no charge. (Please send to Access Securepak® (WA), 55 - 101 Vista Blvd., Sparks, NV 89434.)  Please notify the property officer immediately if you receive any defective or damaged items. Access Securepak® is not responsible for refused items. Please make sure that the item(s) you ordered is approved and will be accepted at your facility. Processing fees are non-refundable. A $10.00 restocking fee will be charged on all orders that are placed for ineligible inmates to get the package returned to our warehouse. A $5.00 fee will be charged on all orders where an incorrect size or item was ordered or when the inmates do not want the item or package.

Catalog Changes: Every effort has been made to show and describe the merchandise and all information as accurately as possible. Many manufacturers make changes in design, color, package size, and style after catalog production and therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue or change product specifications without prior notice. We regret any changes that might occur and will make every effort to minimize these occurrences. Transfers: If a resident is transferred to another Institution, Access Securepak will provide a pre-paid transfer label and the package will be forwarded. When residents are transferred to Work Release, or are released, the package will be returned to Access Securepak and a refund will be issued. 

*There will be a $15.00 transfer fee charged on typewriters, radios and televisions.
