The processing fee for each order is $6.95 and does not count against the spending limits. Please note orders are restricted to (1) carepack per recipient per week. Order cycle is based on when the order is processed, not received.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
CONTE: Orders must be placed by midnight SUNDAY for delivery on MONDAY
NBB: Orders must be placed by midnight MONDAY for delivery on TUESDAY
MAIN JAIL: Orders must be placed by midnight TUESDAY for delivery on WEDNESDAY or THURSDAY in accordance with current delivery schedule
PAUL REIN: Orders must be placed by midnight THURSDAY for delivery on FRIDAY
Broward County Sheriff's Dept. restricts carepack ordering if the inmate owes debt to the jail. If you receive a message regarding debt obligation you have the OPTION to pay it here.
Also, if you make a deposit and the inmate owes debt to the jail then the jail may use this deposit to pay off the inmates debt. MyCarePack is not responsible for debt imposed by Broward County Sheriff's Office. Thank You.

All Care Packs are available for purchase through the Lobby kiosk machines of any of the four facilities including the visitation center.
