Facility Guidelines
Please note: Facility allows recipients to receive $400 worth of packages each calendar month. However, each order cannot exceed $200.00. If the recipient has received their maximum of $200.00 limit per calendar month, they will not be allowed to order again until the next month starting on the 1st. Please contact support if you have any questions.
Delivery Schedule:
South Division - Orders placed by midnight on Mondays and Thursdays to be delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Central and North Division - Orders placed by midnight on Sundays and Wednesdays to be delivered by Mondays and Thursdays.
The Products spending limit for Pinellas County, FL is $200.00.
- Some items may not be eligible for purchase due to recipient restrictions or obligations
- Customers credit card will be credited for the amount of any out of stock item, facility restrictions and other limitations enforced by the facility
