Orders must be placed by midnight Monday for delivery on Wednesday and Thursday.
If your loved one becomes ineligible to receive packages after your order has shipped, facility personnel will hold the package at the facility for 10 days to be picked up by 3rd party. If after the 10 days and the package is not picked up, the package will become the facilities property to donate/discard as needed. Refunds/Replacements will NOT be allowed for packages not picked up.
Inmates are limited to ONE care package per WEEK.
