Q:  What are your shipping and handling charges? 
A:  $5.00 per order.   
 
Q:  When does the program begin? 
A:  First day to place a 4th Quarter order is October 1, 2013.  Last day to place a 4th Quarter order is December 31, 2013.  4th Quarter orders sent by family members via the U.S. Post Office MUST be postmarked by December 20, 2013.  Any order mailed after that date will not be processed until the 1st Quarter of 2014.  Phone and web orders received by 11:59 PM EST on December 31, 2013, will be applied to the 4th Quarter.
 
Q:  When will the order arrive at the facility? 
A:  Packages will be delivered to the correctional facilities once per week or once per month.  Check with the administration at your facility for more details. 

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?
A:  PAYMENT: Access Securepak® accepts Credit/Debit cards with Visa/MasterCard/Discover logos. We also accept prepaid credit cards or cash advance cards. Orders will be accepted when accompanied by money order, institutional check, cashier's check or credit card (MasterCard, Discover or Visa). When paying by credit card be sure to include the card number, expiration date, card verification number (3 digit card verification number found on the back of the credit card), card member's name, card member's phone number and card member's address. 
No Personal Checks Accepted.

Q:  How do I check on an order?

Q:  How do I report a discrepancy with the order (item missing, wrong product, etc)? 
A:  The inmate will be given an opportunity to check the contents of the package in the presence of an employee from the prison.  If there is an issue with the order, the employee will verify it and send the paperwork to Access Securepak®.  All discrepancies must be reported from the prison and we cannot honor any discrepancies reported from family members or friends of the inmate.   

Q:  What are the program limits?
A:  Inmates are allowed to receive (1) $80.00 package per quarter.
